How to offer your unused trademarks to BRANDWAY:
We would be happy to add up your registered but unused CTM and IR trademarks, mainly registered in class 05, to our portfolio. In case we receive a concrete inquiry from a client, and your trademark would meet the client's needs, we would offer your mark to the interested party. This service is of course free of costs and not binding.
Please note, from now on offering your trademarks to our national and international contacts, directly will not be a searching project free of charge anymore. Instead, a reasonable project fee in between your company and BRANDWAY will be agreed for making direct inquiries targeting a significant number of major pharmaceutical companies ( a 15 % commission fee on sales price due upon completion of trademark purchase contract has to be paid by the purchasing party). Exclusive rights for this finding process are not necessary but desirable.
In case you are not planning to use the one or other trademark for a specific product launch, we would appreciate to assist you in finding potential buyers for your trademarks.
Be assured that we always require a signed confidentiality agreement of the party interested in trademarks prior to the presentation of trademarks and related information.
